I'm composing in live time but I'm constantly trying to stretch my mind and go in different areas, so if I just freely improvise there's a tendency to fall into what I can do or some of my clichés, so I'm constantly composing in my practicing ... different motifs, different gestures to get me away from what I do when I improvise..."
